Wincasa Properties is a Dubai real estate brokerage operated by Wincasa LLC, and an authorised sales partner of Imtiaz Developments. We market the developer's residential projects across Dubai to buyers and investors in the UAE and overseas. We do not build them, and this is not the developer's website: when you enquire here, you are speaking to Wincasa.

Buying through Wincasa costs the same as buying direct. You pay the developer's published price, on the developer's payment plan, with no broker premium added. What you gain is an independent view. We compare the communities, buildings, floors and unit types on the developer's current price list and tell you plainly which of them suits your budget and your reason for buying, whether that is to live in, to let, or to hold.

Once you have chosen, we take you through each step: reserving the unit, reviewing and signing the sales and purchase agreement, registering it with the Dubai Land Department, and paying instalments into the project's escrow account. We stay in touch through construction and handover, and if you later decide to rent out or resell the apartment, we can help with that as well.
