Beach Walk Grand 2 is Imtiaz Developments' second Grand building on Dubai Islands, following the original Beach Walk Grand. The developer's unit count is 62 one bedroom and 39 two bedroom apartments, with a handful of larger homes on top: two three bedroom apartments, three three bedroom duplexes and two four bedroom duplexes. Sizes begin at roughly 831 sq ft for one bedroom, 1,358 sq ft for two bedroom and 1,899 sq ft for three bedroom homes, rising to about 4,347 sq ft for the largest four bedroom duplex. Each apartment is sold fully furnished, with interiors designed specifically for the project.

Leisure space is the main draw. The roof carries a floating sky pool alongside separate adult, family and children's pools, a lap pool and plunge pools, a wet deck with a floating cabana and a sunbathing lounge. Selected homes have private jacuzzis and gardens or terraces, and there is an outdoor gym, a yoga area, a clubhouse, a playground and a barbecue and dining zone. Dubai Islands is being built out across five islands with more than 21 km of beach, golf, resorts and marinas; the developer puts Dubai International Airport about 15 minutes away, with Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall and DIFC close behind.

This is an early-stage purchase. At the developer's latest update the substructure is finished and the superstructure is 47% complete, giving overall progress of 18%, against an estimated completion of Q4 2027. Payment is 20% on booking, 40% in instalments during construction and the final 40% on completion.
