ENRE Residence by Imtiaz

Enre Residence is Imtiaz Developments' listed project in Dubai South and the only one Wincasa currently markets in that district. It is deliberately modest in scale: a ten-storey building with around 170 apartments and a small run of retail units. Studios start at about 348 sq ft (32 sq m), one-bedroom apartments at 726 sq ft (67 sq m) and two-bedroom apartments at 1,111 sq ft (103 sq m). Each home is furnished and fitted with kitchen appliances, quality sanitary ware and Alexa-compatible smart-home controls. Wincasa Properties sells the building as an authorised sales partner of the developer, at the developer's own prices.

The landscape carries the design. Amenities are spread through a courtyard garden, an open lawn, a water-feature garden, a swing garden and a seating courtyard, linked by a jogging track and reading corners, with a yoga deck, an indoor gym and a multipurpose hall for the more active hours. On the pool deck there are separate adult and children's pools, cabanas, wet and dry sun decks, a floating deck with loungers, bean-bag seating, a barbecue pit and outdoor seating around a fire pit. The rooftop is kept as an open area.

Dubai South is the district that surrounds the Al Maktoum airport site and Expo City Dubai; the developer puts both a few minutes from the building, with the main highways carrying traffic to the rest of the city. The developer's tracker shows the substructure complete and the superstructure at 36%, for 17% overall, against an estimated completion of Q1 2028. Payment is on a 60/40 plan: 20% on booking, 40% in construction-linked instalments and 40% on handover. Buyers reserve through Wincasa, contract with Imtiaz Developments and pay into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules.
