Beach Walk 4 by Imtiaz

Beach Walk 4 is the fourth building in Imtiaz Developments' Beach Walk series on Dubai Islands, set a few steps back from the shore on the Deira side of the islands. The developer offers one, two and three bedroom apartments plus a small number of three bedroom duplexes, some with double-height living rooms. Every home is sold fully furnished with the developer's own furniture and finishes. Starting sizes, as published by the developer, are about 776 sq ft for one bedroom, 1,305 sq ft for two bedroom, 1,790 sq ft for three bedroom and 2,522 sq ft for the duplexes.

Interiors use a neutral palette with gold detailing and full-height glazing that faces the water and the city skyline. Shared facilities sit mainly on the roof and podium: an infinity pool for adults, a separate family pool, a rooftop garden, a zen garden, an outdoor yoga deck, a club room, a gym, a children's zone, a barbecue area and reserved VIP parking and a grand entrance with a meet-and-greet lounge. Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport are roughly 20 to 25 minutes away by car, so the location works for weekday commuting as well as weekend beach time.

Construction is well under way. The developer's tracker shows the substructure complete, the superstructure at 97% and overall progress at 46%, with completion estimated for Q2 2027 (June 2027 in the developer's FAQ). The published plan is 20% on booking, 40% in instalments during construction and 40% on completion.
