Sunset Bay 5 by Imtiaz

Sunset Bay 5 is the fifth building in Imtiaz Developments' Sunset Bay series on Dubai Islands, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments handed over fully furnished with bespoke interiors and selected finishes. Layouts are planned around wide balconies and private terraces so that living rooms and bedrooms open towards the water, and the developer lists EV charging among the residence features. The island setting is the point of the project: beach and open sea on one side, the Dubai mainland a short drive across the bridge on the other, and the rest of the city within reach without living in the middle of it.

Shared facilities include a rooftop infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and changing rooms, a gym, a clubhouse, a table-tennis table, a sunken lounge terrace, outdoor seating, a barbecue and dining area and a children's playground. Dubai Islands is being developed under Dubai's 2040 plan with resorts, beaches and cultural venues across five islands, and the community is about 15 minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road via the Infinity Bridge.

Imtiaz Developments reports construction at 40% overall, with the sub-structure and super-structure complete and MEP and finishing works started; its stated completion is October 2027 (Q4 2027). The payment plan is 20% on booking, instalments through the construction period and 40% on completion.
