Beach Walk III by Imtiaz

Beach Walk III is the third building in Imtiaz Developments' Beach Walk series on Dubai Islands, and the one best placed for convenience: the shore is a three-minute walk in one direction and the island's largest shopping mall sits next door in the other. The developer offers studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments with open-plan living areas, contemporary finishes and private balconies. All are sold fully furnished with equipped kitchens and chosen furniture, so an owner can move in, or list the home for rent, straight after handover.

Facilities follow the Beach Walk formula: a rooftop infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a clubhouse, an equipped gym, an outdoor yoga retreat, a children's zone, barbecue spots and landscaped gardens with green promenades, all reached through a grand entrance with a meet-and-greet lounge. Residents also have direct access to nearby parks and the beach, and the mall's shops and restaurants are on the doorstep. The developer notes that Dubai Islands properties generally permit short-term letting, subject to licensing, which is worth confirming with Wincasa if holiday rental is part of your plan.

The developer's tracker currently shows the sub- and superstructure complete, MEP at 90% and finishing at 89%, for 92% overall. The developer's stated completion was Q2 2026 (June 2026 in its FAQ); as that date has passed, ask Wincasa for the current handover position before you commit. The published plan was 20% on booking, 40% in instalments during construction and 40% at completion.
