Beach Walk Residence is the building that started Imtiaz Developments' Beach Walk series on Dubai Islands, and with 80 homes it is a small building. It offers studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, each delivered fully furnished with an equipped kitchen; the floor plans also list sparkling-water taps and Alexa voice control as standard. Published totals, including balconies, run from about 629 sq ft for a studio, 451 to 1,349 sq ft across the one bedroom layouts and 1,549 to 1,860 sq ft for two bedrooms, and certain plans include a private plunge pool or jacuzzi on the terrace.

Residents step straight onto the beach, and a major shopping destination stands directly opposite the building. Inside there is a rooftop infinity pool, a fully equipped gym, zen gardens, cabanas, a clubhouse, a children's zone and playground, a barbecue area, landscaped gardens with green promenades, an outdoor yoga retreat and a grand entrance with a meet-and-greet lounge. The developer's community page notes that Sheikh Zayed Road is about 15 minutes away and that the islands connect to the mainland over Infinity Bridge, so the city is within easy reach.

The developer's tracker records the project at 100%, with completion listed as Q4 2025, so this is a ready, handed-over building rather than an off-plan purchase. Any remaining developer stock is sold at the developer's price list; the construction-stage plans described on the developer's page (50/50 or 60/40, with possible post-handover options) no longer apply in the same way, so ask Wincasa for current terms.
