Cotier House 2 is the developer's follow-on building to Cotier House, sitting on the marina edge of Dubai Islands with the water directly in front of it. Imtiaz Developments describes it as the most premium project in its range, and the specification reflects that: every residence is delivered fully furnished with custom-made furniture, high ceilings, built-in cabinetry and full-height glazing angled towards the marina. The choice runs from studios through one, two and three-bedroom apartments to a small number of penthouses, so the building suits a single owner-occupier as readily as a family buying a waterfront base.

Shared facilities sit on the roof and at ground level. A rooftop infinity pool looks over the marina, with landscaped gardens, an outdoor yoga area, a clubhouse, a fully equipped gym and sauna and steam rooms below. Children get both an outdoor playground and an indoor kids' zone, and the entrance lobby has a meet-and-greet lounge and a 24-hour concierge. Off the island, Sheikh Zayed Road is about 15 minutes away according to the community page, and the Infinity Bridge carries traffic between the islands and the mainland.

Construction is at an early stage. The developer reports 15% overall progress, with the sub-structure at 98% and the superstructure roughly a third complete, and gives an estimated completion of Q2 2027. Wincasa Properties markets Cotier House 2 as an authorised sales partner of Imtiaz Developments: buyers reserve a unit through Wincasa, sign the sale agreement with the developer and pay each instalment into the developer's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules. The developer quotes an indicative structure of 10% at booking, 40 to 50% while the building goes up and whatever remains at handover; current terms are confirmed on enquiry.
