RAW District II by Imtiaz

RAW District II is the second phase of Imtiaz Developments' RAW District in Downtown Jebel Ali, on Sheikh Zayed Road, and it followed the first phase's script: the developer reported the Dh1.5-billion release sold out on the day it launched, its second consecutive launch-day sell-out under the RAW District name. The concept is the same: a district that mixes serviced residences, offices, co-working, wellness and dining on one site. The developer pitched it at buyers who arrive before a neighbourhood is finished, and the sell-out shows how many of them there were.

The amenity plan matches phase one. Outdoors there is a padel court, a half basketball court and an outdoor gym; a family pool with a pool bar, a shallow lounge pool, hydrotherapy seating and a floating pavilion; and a chain of gardens, among them a sculpture garden with a yoga lawn, a sensory garden with mist and an edible garden. For work and gatherings there are co-working areas, meeting pavilions, a BBQ pavilion with a dining table, a cinema lawn and a winter market. The developer's stated reference points are Palm Jebel Ali, Dubai Marina, Expo City and the future Al Maktoum International airport, all described as minutes away.

With no primary units left in RAW District II, we hold a waiting list for resale units in both RAW phases and will let registered buyers know first about any further release under the RAW District name. When a resale surfaces you reserve through Wincasa and contract with the seller, with the transfer registered at the Dubai Land Department; if the developer releases further stock, you contract with the developer and pay into the project's escrow account under DLD rules.
