Westwood Grande II is the follow-up to Westwood Grande in Jumeirah Village Circle, a short walk from Al Khail Mall. Like its predecessor it rises fourteen storeys and concentrates on studios and one-bedroom apartments, but the layouts are more varied: the one-beds include a master-suite configuration, and every plan is drawn with a wide living area and a deep balcony. The developer indicates sizes of roughly 745 sq ft for a studio including its balcony, up to about 922 sq ft for a one-bedroom, and up to around 1,306 sq ft for the master-suite plan including its terrace.

The specification is detailed for a studio-and-one-bed building. Each apartment was handed over furnished, its kitchen fitted with Bosch appliances, its bathrooms with Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, and its switches and sockets by Legrand, plus a keyless smart lock, Alexa-based home automation and air conditioning that can be adjusted from a phone. On the roof there is an infinity pool that looks towards Dubai Marina, alongside a gym; landscaped gardens, a barbecue area and a children's play zone complete the outdoor list. Covered parking for residents and their guests, round-the-clock security and CCTV complete the list.

Imtiaz Developments reported the building complete and handed over in Q2 2025, and marked the delivery with a news release. Buying here now means buying a finished apartment: any remaining developer units or owner resales are priced on request. Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner of Imtiaz Developments, handles resale and rental enquiries for Westwood Grande II. For developer stock, the buyer contracts with Imtiaz Developments and pays into the developer's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules; for resales, Wincasa brokers the sale and the Land Department transfer.
