The Symphony by Imtiaz

The Symphony is a high-rise mixed-use tower in Meydan Horizon that Imtiaz Developments is building with Zaha Hadid Architects, the practice whose flowing, curved forms are recognisable at a glance. The building stacks two basements, a ground floor and five podium levels beneath 34 storeys and a roof; offices occupy floors 2 to 8, residences run from floor 10 to 34, and each has its own lift banks and entrances. In total there are 290 apartments, 84 offices and seven retail units. The residential mix runs from master one-bedroom suites and one-bedroom apartments through two-, three- and four-bedroom homes to a small number of four-bedroom duplexes.

The amenity list is long and spread across an indoor amenities floor and landscaped decks: adult and children's pools with wet and dry sun decks and a lifeguard station, a gym and an outdoor gym, a Pilates area with reformers, yoga indoors and out, sauna and steam, a clubhouse, a library the developer calls Reader's Cove, work stations, an executive lounge and dining room, prayer rooms, an observatory deck, a lagoon viewing lounge and terrace, water and terrace gardens with fire pits, a billiards table and an outdoor games area.

Meydan Horizon is a 21.5 million sq ft masterplan with four crystal lagoons and a wildlife sanctuary next door, reached from Al Khail Road and Al Ain Road, with Downtown Dubai, Dubai Design District, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport minutes away and a metro station planned nearby. Ground has been broken and the developer reports 5% overall progress against its stated completion of Q2 2029. Payment is 20% on booking, staggered instalments across 2026 to 2028, and 40% at completion. You reserve through Wincasa Properties, contract with Imtiaz Developments and pay into the developer's DLD escrow account at the developer's prices.
