Wynwood Horizon by Imtiaz

Wynwood Horizon is one of two Imtiaz Developments projects in Meydan Horizon, the 21.5 million sq ft masterplan arranged around four crystal lagoons and neighbouring the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The building stands at the water's edge, with apartments planned to look over the lagoon, the Downtown skyline or the sanctuary. The lagoons are swimmable, edged by beaches, shaded walkways and plazas, so outdoor life starts at the door. Homes are one-, two- and a limited number of three-bedroom apartments, each planned for daylight and a water outlook.

The building has retail at ground level, several podium floors of planted walkways and leisure space, then the residential floors and dedicated amenity decks. Facilities include an infinity pool with sunken seating, separate adult and kids' pools, a clubhouse, a gym, an outdoor cinema, a barbecue area, a yoga retreat, a planted courtyard and EV charging. Apartments are handed over finished and ready to move into, with smart-home controls, custom kitchens, designer fittings, premium appliances and ambient lighting under the developer's specification. Downtown Dubai, Dubai Design District, DIFC, Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai International Airport are all close, and a future metro station is planned nearby.

The project is at an early stage: the developer reports 8% overall progress with the sub-structure just past halfway, and a stated completion of May 2028. Its payment plan is split 20% on booking, 40% in instalments during construction and 40% on completion.
